Up to this point, I've been having SBS 2003 generate certificates for
Outlook Web Access. I'd like to avoid my customers having to accept
certificates into their browser since some of them move around alot. Does
anyone know of an inexpensive source for certificates that will work with
the major browsers? I found Free SSL on StartCom.org, but I don't think
they are accepted by default in IE and Firefox. The others I've found are
around $100/year, which seems a bit steep for my needs.

There are some that offer basic validation that you own the domain for around $20pa. For fuller validation that you're entitled to the domain, packages are running from around $70-80pa and up.

www.godaddy.com
www.litessl.com
www.instantssl.com
www.rapidssl.com

are among the cheaper providers.
