sqlserver.exe store.exe and RAM

Hey all!
We have a SBS 2003 with about 16 users.
When I came in this morning everything on the network was running VERY SLOW!
I logged into the server and checked the Task Manager.
store.exe was taking over 800,000 MB of Ram and sqlserver.exe was using over
300,000 MB.
I know the store will always take up a lot of resources, but that seemed
very high to me. I restarted the service and instantly everything was
running very quick again. I was going to try the same thing with the
sqlserver.exe, but I don't know what service(s) are using it.
Questions: :)
What would be the normal range of memory these processes should be using?
Is this a normal thing that has to be done occationally?
or is there something else going on that might have caused this?
.
