Thanks for the new information.
Based on current information, I suggest you try the following steps to
solve this issue:
Step 1:
==========
This issue may occur if you enabled the offline usage on the roaming
profile shared folder by "Make available offline", so, please disable
offline function. To do so, on the client PC, run \\ServerIPAddress to find
the shared folder for the roaming profile on the server, right click on it,
uncheck the tick on the Make available offline by select it again.
Step 2:
==========
I am wondering if you are redirecting the My Documents folder to the same
location as the roaming profile is stored. If this is your case, while
you're redirecting the My Documents folder, you're also copying it via
roaming profiles. The conflict will cause this issue. To solve it, use
either roaming profile or folder redirection for the My Documents folder.
