sbs 2003 server's main board is faulty

We have an sbs 2003 hp ml150 server just crash with a faulty mainboard
, it has a pci bus adaptec scsi raid controller & 2x36 gig hot plug
raid 1 drives, we have available another spare nec server with a hot
plug drive cage.We would like to replace the old server with this new
one. we have a full backup on tape using backup exec v9 what would be
our best method in performing this task please?
