Has anyone gotten the hotfix discussed in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916106/

I'd like to install it but the thought of spending hours on hold with
microsoft to get access to the hotfix seems unfair.

We are unable to get on delta.com and usair.com since we have Service
Pack 2 installed.
