Bill,
I believe that SBS 2003 CALs will cover your other server. It will need its
own SBS CAL, but that is all. Call Microsoft for a definitive answer.

I have a client with SBS 2003 Prem Ed. 15 user cal's. They need to install
an additional server for their Insurance Agency Software with SQL 2000. I
purchased the Windows 2003 R2 and was told that SBS 2003 CALs would not
work
with Windows Server R2. RE for SBS is not out yet and I don't believe it
is
fair for a client to have to pay for additional licenses for the Windows
2003
R2 Server then pay again for the SBS 2003 R2 upgrade.
Any feedback or comments would be appreciated. If there is a workaround
at
this time I would appreciate that also.
Thanks
