I forgot to include that there are no errors in the event logs and users had
no problems with Internet on Tuesday after the SP1 install (the first day
back to school after the break). The problem started on Wednesday.

I have a client who's running into problems accessing Internet sites. This
is SBS 2003 Premium with SP1 and ISA 2004 and a dual NIC configuration.
This box was just updated last week with SP1. It's at a school and they
were out for spring break until Tuesday morning. When I updated them to SP1
and ISA 2004 I wasn't able to get into the classrooms to update the
firewall client. There are only 2 machines in the network that have the new
firewall client installed. The rest are running on the old firewall client.
Here is the problem. Intermittently, users on the network are getting a
"Page cannot be displayed" message that lists the error as 10060 which
indicates that there was a timeout connecting to the web site. When this
happens it happens all over the network. While they are having the
problem, I can connect to the server without issue and the speed of the
connection seems normal. At the same time if I try to ping a web site by
name, I get a resolution to the IP address, but no replies at the server.
Browsing from the server produces the same page when this is a problem.
I've talked to the ISP and they claim that everything is working properly.
I have 3 questions. Could this be a result of the SP1/ISA 2004 update?
Would the old Firewall Client create this problem? And finally, how can I
go about troubleshooting the issue?
All help/thoughts are appreciated,
Lesa
