Hello Loane,
Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
From your description, I understand that you cannot view the content in"Monitoring and Reporting" and "Backup" Snap-in. if I have misunderstood
your concern, please let me know.
In order to supplement your description, I need your help to gather the
following information:
1. I strongly suggest that you capture two screen shots for each of the
error messages shown in Snap-in and send them to my mailbox so we can have
clear idea of the issue.
2. You mentioned "If I browse the /default.aspx, /usage.aspx and other
files in IIS directly, I can see the reports". Please fully describe your
steps and the URLs you have typed to see the reports.
3. When did the issue occur? Did you meet any changes on the SBS Server
recently? For example, install any software or updates?
4. I strongly suggest that you read through following KB articles. If you
meet the exact error symptom, please apply the steps to see how it goes.
823379 You receive a "Server Error in '/' Application. Access to the path
<path> is denied" error message when you log on to Windows SharePoint
Services
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823379
842693 You receive "HTTP 400 - Bad Request" error message when you try to
use the Monitoring and Reporting snap-in or the Backup snap-in on a Windows
Small Business Server 2003-based computer

Please take your time to perform the steps and gather the information for
research. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee

Hi there
For some reason, the formatted HTML pages showing Server Usage/Performance
Reports (in Monitoring) and the Backup history (in Backup) are not showing
in the right-hand panel of SBS2003 Server Management. If I browse the
/default.aspx, /usage.aspx and other files in IIS directly, I can see the
reports.
Any idea how to fix this?
Best regards
Loane
