it certainly may be worth trying removal of ISA, restart, re-instal, though
in general I wouldn't expect this to be necessary.

Before you do, what's a brief rundown of your other problems? Also, the
output from 'IPConfig /all' for the SBS might be handy. How are you
connected to internet?

NNTP, POP3, Localhost DHCPand so on. Question are all these required
and
should any new rules be put in front of these?
