I have 23 rules in ISA, including the default deny and a couple of custom
rules. So yes, it sounds like your setup is similar and should be correct.

In what way does the wiz error?

about 24 rules dealing with Share point Services Publishing rule, FTP

access rule, FTP outbound access rule, RDP rules, PPTP rules, smtp rule,
NNTP, POP3, Localhost DHCPand so on. Question are all these required and
should any new rules be put in front of these?
