"Server Error in '/Monitoring' Application."

To All:

After installing CRM 3.0, I started receiving the following error in
Server Management | Monitoring and Reporting with "Line 13" highlighted
in red.

I am not quite sure what it means, but I would like to get rid of it.
Any suggestions?
