Thanks to all that replied,
I also did some research over the weekend and am coming to the conclusion
that web based backup wouldn't be the way to go. It's pretty expensive for a
small amount of data. I'm a tape person for most of my customers. I just
wanted to see if anyone was using a solution they were happy with.
Thanks again!

Hi Lesa,
Thanks for posting here.
From your post, I understand that you want to know how to perform the
remote backup. If I am off base, please feel free to let me know.
First of all, please understand that this question appears to be
consulting
in nature. The newsgroup is not the best avenue for these issue types
since
we are only equipped to provide break/fix support. However, we are happy
to
provide general information and suggestions (if any) and you may receive
recommendations from other partners. Microsoft offers a variety of
services
and support avenues for MSPP partners. One of our goals is to provide
information about these offerings and direct you to the one that best fits
this request. For further assistance, please consider using these
resources:
1. ISV Advisory Services which is a phone-based support option that
provides assistance with your development projects such as best practices,
consultative assistance for design, development and deployment issues,
code
samples and technology workshops. If you have the MSPP-ISV Competency or
are a member of the Empower-ISV initiative, you are eligible to receive
the
advisory services for assistance with such issues. To leverage this
no-charge benefit, please send your question and your partner-id to
isvreg@xxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:isvreg@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>. For US and Canada, you
may also call the following toll-free number to access the benefit by
phone: 1-800-426-9400, option 4, your partner level member services, and
follow the instructions for ISV Advisory services.
2. CSS Advisory Services is a remotely delivered, hourly fee-based,
consultative support option that provides proactive support beyond your
break-fix product maintenance needs like product migration, code review,
or
new program development. For more info in the US and Canada:

Outside of the US/Canada:

Here I'd like to provide you some general info on the issue you are
encountering now.
Based on my research, I agree the Robert's suggestion; you can use the
Robocopy utility included in Windows 2000 resource kit. Please refer to
the
following web link:

I spent several hours for further research regarding your request, and I
find some third-party products to implement your request. For more
