You can have as many as 4 fax modems in your SBS Server (using the SBS fax api). Howerever, the SBS fax product does not permit some users faxing through one and others through another. there is one line that is listed first, and if its busy the outgoing will roll over to the next unbusy line. You can have multiple incoming fax numbers, but they will all route to just the options available in SBS
As Leythos has suggested you will need a third party app to do what you need.

Yea at $3450 I don't think so.
I have a feeling with prices like that GFi sees a high level of piracy of
their product. Sheesh.
