Hi Joel,

Thanks for your update.

If you are composing message in IE and the IE corrupted this time, we will
not recover it back. Since all information is temporarily cached in IE.

It is recommended that we use other Editors to compose message so that we
can save the message anytime.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further question on the
issue. I am happy to be of assistance to you.

Have a nice day!

Sincerely,

Jenny Wu

Hi Joel,

Thanks for using the SBS newsgroup.

From your description, I understand that you want to know if you can
recover message that has been compiled in OWA after the IE crashed. If I
am
off base, please don't hesitate to let me know.

OWA uses the IE as the client interface. When we compile messages in OWA,
all information is temporarily cached in IE. However if the IE crashed,
the
message information will be lost.

Does the IE often crash in your side? If it is true, I would like to
suggest that we trouble shoot the IE issue first. Also you can post the
question in the IE newsgroup to see if there is any valuable suggestion.
For your convenience, I list the IE newsgroup link:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/community/default.mspx

And also it is best practice that we compile messages in Word or other
editors first and then paste them to mail body in OWA. In this way, we can
easily save or recover emails from the local copy.

Hope above information helps! Please let me know if you have any further
question on the issue. I am happy to be of assistance to you and look
forward to your reply.

Have a nice day!

Sincerely,

Jenny Wu
