Lanwench,

Sorry, yes I've tried using the UNC name path. But it still won't
work, it really drives me nuts! Why it won't work...?

I don't know. I can't see your server from here. I use the configuration I
mentioned all the time!

Plus I tried using Terminal Services using a Power Users in Win SBS
2003. After that I made a special GPO to limit the access resources &
fitures for that particular Power User (I put the user into special
OU in SBSUsers and linked the GPO into it). Besides that, I use the
same Profile path for Terminal Services profile
(\\SERVER_NAME\Share_folder\) by typing it in Power User properties.

Don't use the same profile for multiple users, unless it's mandatory.

Those all of them are not working, not even one of them.

TS access has nothing to do with roaming profiles. I'm out of suggestions -
the steps I've provided do work, and I suspect you're leaving some info out
of your description. I've been using this config for years...best of luck,
and sorry I can't help any further.

This is why these really drive me nuts (sorry again)...

No problem...

Lanwench,

Alright, I've put back every users in SBS default OU. But even
though I've fill in the Profile path with: C:\Roaming
Profiles\USER_NAME, it still won't work!

Hi - I don't think you read my 'boilerplate' info correctly. The
path should be in UNC format.

\\server\profiles$\%username%

Note: I've made a share folder with permission for all users
(Everyone) are full, that folder name is Roaming Profiles. But I
didn't make each users folder in that shared folder (Roaming
Profiles), I thought it'll be made automatically.

Yes. But you have to set it up right, as per the above.....

I've made special GPO just for this users with Roaming Profiles, and
it work fine now. All I did is made Roaming OU in SBS default OU,
put the GPO into SBS Domain GPOs, link that special GPO into Roaming
Profiles OU, and block inheritance in Roaming Profiles OU. And
whoola, it worked fine now.
But the roaming profile still a mistery why it didn't works, perhaps
it has something to do with SBS default folder redirection? (can be
accessed in SBS Server Management console) Which by default, SBS
will make "User Shared Folder" in the root directory of the server;
in it contains users' My Documents.

I don't think folder redirection enters into it. You can use folder
redirection without roaming profiles, and you can use roaming
profiles without folder redirection. I personally always like to
have *both*.
