How Many Firewalls Does a XP Pro SP2 need on a SBS 2K Network?

I have a SBS 2K server. I had to replace the hard disk on my W2K Pro laptop
and decided to rebuild it as XP Pro SP2. Since XP came out after SBS 2K, I
wasn't quite sure how to add this rebuilt laptop to the domain, but I now
think I have three firewalls going.
1) XP Pro SP2 built-in firewall.
2) Mafee firewall, as part of their anti-virus software.
3) SBS firewall client, which I believe is part of ISA 2K.
There seems to be some redundancy. I also see that it takes a couple
minutes to access a SBS server-based share (i.e., user, company).
Should I have all of these firewalls?
Is there a wrtiteup for connecting a XP Pro SP2 laptop to a SBS 2K network?
