The Username and Password on the Laptop must be the same as an account on a

Hi folks,
Can anyone tell me the best way to go about connecting a user's personal
laptop with XP Home edition to the LAN? I understand that XP Home can't be
added to the domain. So how do you give them access to resources on the
domain? Any help/links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Zach
