with users. However what does the offline folder have? I mean should my
desktops have this option enabled or no. I dont want to lose any information
that my users save.

Dear Customer,.
Thank you for posting back!
I am sorry for the delayed response due to the weekend. Please understand
that the newsgroups are staffed weekdays by Microsoft Support professionals
to answer your systems and applications questions. Your understanding is
greatly appreciated!
To disable the Offline Folder Caching, please go to the problematic client
workstation, open the problematic client's Roaming Profile Folder (e.g.
C:\Documents and Settings\aaa), click Tools -> Folder Options -> Offline
Files tab -> Uncheck the box "Enable Offline Files".
Test the issue again.
Please take your time to perform the steps. If you have updates, please
feel free to let me know. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee
