Hello Carl,
Thank you for posting back!
I am sorry for the delayed response due to the weekend. Please understand
that the newsgroups are staffed weekdays by Microsoft Support professionals
to answer your systems and applications questions. Your understanding is
greatly appreciated!
I understand that you are experiencing the same issue when you browse in
www.clarks.com. The issue occurs if you log in as:
a. Domain Administrator Account,
b. Domain User Account,
c. Local User Account.
You are using Roaming profile for domain user account. I have read through
the GP result in your last reply, it seems that you have enabled many Group
Policies like Folder Redirection in the Domain. In order to isolate the
issue, I suggest that we perform following steps to see how it goes:
a. Set up an independent OU in ADUC.
b. Put one problematic domain user account and Client workstation into this
OU.
c. Configure this problematic user to use Local Profile rather than Roaming
Profile.
d. Set up a new GPO to block all previous Group Polices in the domain, and
link this GPO to the OU.
e. Ask this user to log in the client workstation as the domain user
account and test the issue again.
If the issue persists, please help me to gather Filemon and Regmon. To do
so:
a. Download monitor tools:
Download monitor tools:
Download the Filemon application from
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/filemon.shtml
Download the Regmon application from
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/regmon.shtml
b. Log in as the problematic user account for producing the issue.
c. Before reproduce the issue, run the Filemon and Regmon applications.
d. Reproduce the issue.
e. Stop Filemon and Regmon applications.
f. Send these log files to me.
Please take your time to perform the steps and I am looking forward to
hearing from you!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee

I'm having some issues with Flash's Local Storage when I use pandora.com.
When I try to adjust the settings as my user account which is part of the
domain, despite being an administrator I get the problem.
However if I log onto my machine locally I don't get the problem.
Is there something blocking me at the GPO, and this is something that was
problem before I installed ISA 2004?
Thanks
