Another thing that is strange about Trend Micro's CMS for SMB is that
they try to use IP addresses. Sean at Support says the following:

"I cannot explain it where you are able to access the Security Settings
using the servername instead of the IP. we recommend using IP because
it avoids having to use DNS or WINS or NetBIOS to resolve the IP. The
only possible reason could be due to the certificate provided for the
servername, if it does prompt you for a password when you use the IP."

SBS, as a server/network is designed to use DNS, WINS, DHCP, and all
that good stuff. So, why would a major application choose to avoid all
that and rely on the Hosts file, which has a longer latency. I know
why I avoid DHCP, but that is because it is easier for fixed IP with
just 3 or 4 boxes.
