Good News. While looking through the various Virtual Web Server
properties panels and preparing questions for the support person, I
noticed that SMEX Web site was installed on C:\,,,, while the rest of
Office Scan was installed on H:\..., Where H: is my system disk for SBS
2003. I thought, to myself, "That can't be good!", And with only a
little trepidation and hesitation, I pulled up the Install/uninstall
applet from the control panel and uninstalled CM for SAM. It found all
the associated agents and uninstalled them all. I then whipped out the
media, and installed CSM for SAM business, and now I have access to the
full product. Marvelous! Now I just have to find the old approved
senders list, as none is being used now. No end to fun and games.
