Re: TrendMicro's CMS for SMB's Security Settings is a centipede

OBTSO1 is your exchange server, and clicking 'configure' will bring up the
Exchange antivirus/antispam configuration.

I see some other groups in there; the default gives you Servers; Desktops,
and your Exchange server. Perhaps you added some groups, or perhaps you had
a previous version installed, which leaves the 'legacy' groups. If they're
legacy groups, you should move the computers out of those groups and into
the pre-defined groups, as the way they're managed isn't the same as in
previous versions.

For screen shots - get Snagit - it's one of those apps you'll wonder how you
did without. http://www.techsmith.com

Really, I do have CSM SMB. I first installed CSM SMB. Then I saw the
certificate for CS SMB, and inferred I should install that, also. I asked
T-M
support if I should re-install CSM for SMB. They said that the two
products
were really the same and what you had after the install was determined by
the
activation code. So, I should first check to see if SMEX was listed on
the Add
menu, and if it was, to install it from there. I did that, and it would
seem
that I do have all of CSM SMB. I just can't access the configuration
pages for
SMEX.

Attached is a zip of a Security Settings control that was captured by
PrtScn,
pasted into paint, cropped, and saved as a jpg file. I've had to do this
because the first shot was rejected as too big. We will see how this goes
