WS keeps going "offline"

I've got a machine that keeps going "offline" which is very irritating for
users with shares. We have replaced NIC and even the Network cable. and out
of desperation my colleague reinstalled the machine. After this the problem
was gone for a moment.

Anyone any Idea where to look for specifically?
