From the description, I understand the issue to be: you can not access RWW.If I have misunderstood your concerns, please do not hesitate to let me
know.
We can try the following troubleshooting steps to see if it helps:
I. Check the configuration on SBS server and client computer as following:
On SBS:
IP: Fixed IP address
Gateway: your Hardware router IP
DNS: SBS NIC IP as the only entry
In the DNS console (dnsmgmt.msc), right click your ServerName and click
properties. In the Forwarders tab, your ISP DNS server IP should be
inputted there.
On the client workstation, please make sure the configuration:
IP: Assigned by DHCP on SBS or your hardware router
Gateway: hardware router
DNS: SBS INTERNAL NIC IP as the only entry
II. Right click Remote under Default Web Site | IIS console and then click
Permissions. Check if the permission is correct:
Administrators Full Control
CREATOR OWNER Special Permissions
INTERACTIVE List Folder Contents; Special Permissions
NETWORK List Folder Contents; Special Permissions
SYSTEM Full Control
Users Read & Execute; List Folder Contents; Read; Special Permissions
III. Check the Properties of Remote to make sure the configuration is
correct:
1. Open IIS manager and then expand Server name | Web Sites | Default Web
Site.
2. Right click Remote and select Properties.
3. On Directory Security tab, click Edit on Authentication and access
control column.
4. Make sure only the following boxes are checked:
Enable anonymous access (IUSER_<ServerName>)
Integrated Windows authentication
5. In the "IP address and domain restrictions" section, click the Edit
button.
6. Make sure "Granted access" is selected and there are no items in the
list box.
7. Click the "Documents" tab.
8. Make sure "Enable default content page" is select and the following
items are listed in order:
Default.htm
Default.asp
index.htm
iisstart.asp
Default.aspx
If any items are missing, please add them and make them the correct order.
If any changes have been done, please click Start->Run, type "iisreset"
(without the quotation marks) and click OK. Then check if RWW works.
IV. I suggest you to re-run CEICW as following:
1. On the SBS 2003 Server open the Server Management console. Go to
Standard Management\To Do List.
2. Click the "Connect to the Internet" link.
3. Choose not to change the connection type and click Next. On the Firewall
page, select "Enable firewall" and click Next.
4. On the "Services Configuration" page, select all the items and then
click Next.
5. On the "Web Services Configuration" page, make sure "Allow access to the
entire Web site from the Internet" is selected. If you select "Allow access
to only the following Web site services from the Internet", make sure
"Remote Web Workplace" items are selected. Click Next.
6. On the "Web Server Certificate" page, choose to create a new Web server
certificate and then type your FQDN.
7. Go through the remaining steps.

If the problem still occurs, to narrow down the problem, would you please
help me collect the following information?
1. Does the situation occur when you use the default domain administrator
to access RWW?
2. Can you access RWW on SBS?
3. Can you access RWW using http://servername/remote in LAN clients?
4. Open IIS manager and then expand server name | Web Sites | Default Web
Site and right click Remote and select Browse, can you access RWW?

| I've taken on a new SBS2003 Std (1 Nic) (SP1) client with a RWW problem
