Thanks for your update.
The .nk2 file is saved in a hidden file (the folder "Application Data" is a
hidden file.). When you search the .nk2 file, please ensure checked the
option "Search hidden files and folders". Also you can show all hidden
files by ticking the option "Show hidden files and folders". You can refer
to the following steps:
1. Start Microsoft Windows Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options, and then click the View tab.
3. Under Advanced Settings, click to select the Show hidden files and
folders check box.
Then please test to see if you can find the .nk2 file.

I have a client that apparently types the email addresses in
TOand
relies on typing the name in again to see it show back up in the
2003 tobox.
