CA use Tomcat and though I've not used it in production, just test, there
should be no problem AS LONG AS it doesn't want to use a port SBS IIS uses.
Look at all your IIS sites and check what ports they are running on, give
the list to the software provider and see if there are any conflicts.
Common use ports (not just IIS but other SBS components)
25 SMTP
80/443/444 RWW/companyweb
Random (I'm pretty sure) Microsoft Sharepoint Administration
4125 RDP via RWW
8081 ( I don't _think_ this is random) Sharepoint Central Administration
8080/8443 ISA outgoing listeners.
8530/8531 WSUS on SBS default ports (can be changed)

Thank you very much for the links Crina. We don't have Tomcat installed on
our server but a prospective software vendor has to use it for their
database
interaction so we were checking out if there were any issues.
