You need to fully complete the SBS install and make it a domain controller
to stop this. This is by design.

Hi I just finished a simple workgroup install of SBS 2003. Now the server
is
shutting down about every 3-4 hours. It is a graceful shutdown,
applications
closed, network connection released ect. It is very disruptive. It is
also
happening on the clone server used to backup data and test the
configuration
of the production server. Any insights.
