Since you've installed SBS before, it should only take 3 - 6 hours to
reinstall it. Who knows how long it will take to fix these problems.
Sounds like this is a new installation, not yet in production. If you
prefer not calling Microsoft CSS, it might be easiest - to say nothing
of most reliable for the long-term - to just start over and ensure
it's done right from the beginning.

SBS is connected to a linksys router and a cable modem using a dynamic IP
address and one NIC. The SBS has a private IP address that linksys gives it
(192.168.xxx.xxx) DHCP is only running on the SBS.
