Hi Crina,
Honestly, I don't remember the error. Is there a way for me to check on the
server whether the fifth file installed properly? Maybe a registry entry?

I have reviewed the logs and can not find the related error message. You
said you got a failure during the installation of the 5th (last) file, can
you describe the detailed information and the detailed error message when
you installed it?
I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
