RE: Company Web not working

Hello Chris,

Thank you for posting back!

I have read through the log file you sent me. It seems that you did not
correctly install Companyweb and you do not configure SSL Port 444 for
Companyweb. Please understand that you may need to reinstall SharePoint if
neccessary. Please help me to confirm following information:

1. On the SBS Server, open IE, type http://companyweb/default.aspx, can you
access?

2. If you use other ports, can you access companyweb? For example,
http://companyweb:83?

3. I noticed that you install .NetFrame Network 2.0 on your SBS Server.
Please schedule a down time and temporarily remove it, install .NetFrame
Network 1.1, will this issue occur?

4. Can you access Companyweb by SBS IP address?

5. May I know how you install the SharePoint on your SBS Server, please?
Please fully describe your steps.

Please take your time to perform the steps and let me know the results. I
am looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,

Brandy Nee

Hi,

I have sent a screenshot and IIS logs to the address you supplied.

2. Did your clients encounter this issue before? If no, did you make any
changes on the SBS or client workstations recently?
-- I have only just started to set up the compnay web facility, no user
has
been on it yet. The only time I have used it is from the server itself.
I
only realised the problem when I tested it on another users computer to
try
to connect.

3. Does this issue occur to all client workstations or only certain of
them?
-- All except mine...

The screenshot "browser" shows the screen a user is presented with, when
clicking on the compnay website link it justs stays on this page.

I have sent the info you requested to your email address, thanks for all
your help.
