Monitoring Database Fails every now and then...

Hello Everyone,
I've got some problem with two of my Microsoft Small Business Servers.
Every now and then (mostly once in two or three weeks) the server does not
respond to logins from the users or from the administrator directly on the
server console. The only way to resolve the problem is to reset (hard reboot)
the server.
After that the event viewer display's that in the night before the morning
this problem occurs the server reported an error on the monitoring database.
16 minutes past twelve the server reports: can't connect to the monitoring
database..... after that a lot of problems are reported in the event viewer
with as only result rebooting.....
I noticed that there are a few newsgroup-members are experincing the same
problem but they also don't know an answer to this question... Any one ???
Maybe it has something to do with the type of harddisk(s) (SATA) in the
server ??
Waiting for someone to reply...
With regards,
Pieter Hendriks
