Hi,
I have sent a screenshot and IIS logs to the address you supplied.
2. Did your clients encounter this issue before? If no, did you make any
changes on the SBS or client workstations recently?
-- I have only just started to set up the compnay web facility, no user has
been on it yet. The only time I have used it is from the server itself. I
only realised the problem when I tested it on another users computer to try
to connect.
3. Does this issue occur to all client workstations or only certain of
them?
-- All except mine...
The screenshot "browser" shows the screen a user is presented with, when
clicking on the compnay website link it justs stays on this page.
I have sent the info you requested to your email address, thanks for all
your help.

Dear Customer,.
Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
I understand that your clients cannot access the Companyweb. If I have
misunderstood your issue, please let me know.
In order to supplement your description, I need your help to gather the
following information:
1. Please explain in detail "When I browse to http://companyweb/ I see a
screen which gives the option to go to the companyweb, go to help etc etc."
I suggest that you capture a screen shot for it so I can have a clearer
image what exact "screen" you have seen.

3. Does this issue occur to all client workstations or only certain of
them?
4. Please help me to gather the Companyweb IIS log. To do so, please see:
a) Go to Server Management\Advanced Management\Internet Information
Services\ Web Site\Companyweb.
b) Right click Companyweb -> Properties -> Web Site tab.
c) Check the box Enable Logging, and the Active Log Format is W3C Extended
Log File Format.
d) Click Properties -> Advanced tab, and make sure all the boxes are being
checked.
e) General tab, you can find the path for the Log file.
f) Go to one of the problematic client workstation and reproduce the issue,
and go to the path for the IIS log file.
g) Send the log file to my mailbox: v-branee@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Thanks a lot for your time and I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Brandy Nee

Hi,
I have set up compnay web and as far as I can tell all the users have the
correct access rights in order to use it properly.
When I browse to http://companyweb/ I see a screen which gives the option
to go to the companyweb, go to help etc etc.
When I click on the companyweb link nothing happens, it just stays on the
same page.
When go to http://companyweb/ when I am on the server it goes to the
web site as I would expect.
What is wrong? Is there a service that is not running properly, users not
configured etc?
Thanks
Chris
