RE: fax cover *** always empty - need last call made

Jenny, thanks for your response. Here are some answers

When sending a fax, the using prints the word document to the fax that is
installed on the computer. When you do this, the fax cover *** appears
where you have to enter the title, fax number, etc...They use the default
template. So when they print, the cover page was appearing with fields
already populated with the last information that was entered (phone, name,
etc...). That was the case with sbs 2000. Now, they do the same thing but the
fax cover page appears with empty fields. Since they often need to send the
fax to the same person, this was perfect for the users. I'm talking about the
page that appears by default when you print a document to the fax. Everything
was installed with default settings.

Unfortunately, I can't send you print screens.

Hope this information helps. Maybe there was something configured so that
the last info appears when you print to fax?

Just to make sure ;

Fax is installed with default settings and working fine. The fax, from the
server (modem), is shared. On the workstations, in favorite places, server, I
right click on the fax (from the workstation) and click connect. So now the
fax appears in the printers. People print their word document to fax, and the
cover *** appears where you enter your info (user, phone, template, etc...)

Hi,

Before migrating from sbs 2000 to sbs 2003 (new server, new installation,
new domain, etc...), when people we're sending faxes from their
workstation
(shared fax was configured on the sbs 2000), they always had the last
information they entered (fax number, name, etc...). Now, with shared fax
on
sbs, when people print their documents to the fax, the cover *** appears
with fields empty as before those fields had the last information they
entered from the last fax sent.

How can I make it work like before?
