Errors during SBS 2003 SP1 Installation

After installing a fresh copy of SBS2003 I installed the SBS2003 SP1
(After all the Sp's I should have installed before...) and during
installation I received an error.
Looking at the installation's log file I found the following error:
Component Name: Server Configuration
Version: NA
Installation Status: Failure
Error Message: One or more sub-components of this component failed.
related or not, while trying to add users through the "Server
Management" I received the following error :
"Unable to run the add user wizard. Some required files are missing or
cannot be located."
Similar error messages appear for all tasks on the users pane.
Any thoughts?
