I would look in the KB and verify that you have the correct version of the
file W3core.dll as described in the KB article.
See also "How to reset the default virtual directories that are required to
provide Outlook Web Access, Exchange ActiveSync, and Outlook Mobile Access
services in Exchange Server 2003"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;883380
If it's still not working, check to make sure the IIS temporary files are
deleted, then do Start -> Run -> iisreset. Clear the temporary internet
files on the client PC.
If it's still not working, I'd recommend putting in a call to PSS to see
what they can come up with. The only other thing I can think of is NTFS
permissions, but you'd know if you had changed any file-level permissions.

Affirmative. I have tried first to install the fix. During this
installation,
the setup program said that the fix is yet install on the system and
stopped.
Another idea ?

It appears to me that this fix is not included in an Exchange service
pack,
it's in Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1. Have you tried installing
that?
Or installing the hotfix referenced in the KB?

Have you tried to delete the compressed files from c:\windows|\IIS
Temporary
Compressed Files as described in the article?

Hello,
I have a Standard SBS 2003 and I have the problem described in the
KB
831464. Thus, I have installed the Exchange SP2 and the setup of the
hotfix
isn't possible.
Someone have any idea ?
Thanks
