Thank you greatly for your efforts on collecting the detail information and
event log. I apologize that I was unable to reply to your email soon after

Please understand that this issue is very complex, and I am must doing
further research on our side and want to provide you with some concrete
information/results when I reply to you. Please rest assured that this
issue has not fallen through the cracks, but has a high priority placed on
it. From now on, I will try to provide you with more regular updates.
