Hi Steve,

Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.

From the description, I understand the issue to be: you want to know what
the name is you should input in Web Server Certificate when you run CEICW.
If I have misunderstood your concerns, please do not hesitate to let me
know.

As I know, you need to input the domain name which ISP has A record for it.

I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Crina Li (MSFT)

| I would like to setup my SBS server with access to RWW and OWA. I have
| selected those 2 services only in the CEICW configuration. I'm confused
on
| what to name the Web Server Certificate. Our current setup is an SBS 2000
| server with Exchange. The domain registration is setup with a domain name
of
| abc.com and a subdomain of mail.abc.com. The MX record points abc.com to
the
| subdomain A record of mail.abc.com. Mail.abc.com points to our external
ip
| address. If I want to access internet mail I type in
| http://mail.abc.com/exchange. Everything works fine.
|
| Does the SBS 2003 Certificate need to then be named mail.abc.com and
would I
| type in mail.abc.com/remote for RWW or mail.abc.com/exchange for OWA when
the
| new system is live? Thanks in advance for your help.
