Altough it is true that this feature can be used in Directory Harvesing. The

Is this how senders get names from my domain to place in the from address? I
am plagued by messages from random names at my domain, and from real names at
my domain. One really persistent spammer is trying to sell site promotion
services and I get messages from me to me about his product. I can see having
a filter to remove messages from non-existent names in my domain, but how do
deal with the ones that use real names?
