New question about Activation

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have not been asked to Activate SBS 2003. The computer is a Dell 1420SC Small Business server 2003 and it has been on and running for about 3 weeks now. Is there some reason it has not ask me to activate?
All other computers that are Dell workstations with with XP pro sp2 did ask to activate like they were suppose to (not volume license). Do I need to find the Activate 2003 wizard? Or is it because of being Dell OEM that it does not ask?
