Yes I have set the external NIC to point to the internal DNS as seen below:

I have also renamed the NIC's to go to your standard

I disabled RRAS and re run. Then thought this problem cannot be server
related so I connected my Tablet to the router it too cannot access it, I
cannto disable the Windows firewall due to SBS's enforced Group Policy, but
that is not for this forum.

If I do not come right I will post into the XP forum. But this problem is no
longer a SBS problem (now that I can run the wizard)

If so, please post another ipconfig /all for the server.

You might also try diasbling RRAS and then re-running CEICW.

Then to answer your questions:
- Yes: The Internal NIC is displayed first in the list and both FnP and
Client/TCP checked. The External is second and only connected to TCP/IP
- This is a vanilla Standard SBS installation the only non MS product is a
product called DirectUpdate, which reflects the Dyanmic IP to ZoneEdit so
that my ActiveSync / OWA can work.
- I do have ISA but have not installed it since I want eveything working
first.
