Problem with fax

after 24 ours of fine working our fax stops receive
when I to open Fax from server Management I got alert

Fax(local)
Could not open a connection to the fax service.
The fax service might not be started, or the computer
name might be incorrect.

when I press OK opens windows "Manage Fax Printers"
next i press "Configure Fax Services" ant after about
60 seconds a got alert

Fax configuration wizard
One or more files are missing or corrupt, You will
need to reinstall the Small Business Server Tools
to correct this problem.

Same result I got going: Server Management =>
To Do List => Configure Fax

Fax service is stopped and when I start it manually it
start and immediately stops.

Please advice me how to fix it.
