server certificates

i've figured out how to reissue a certificate on the SBS2003, is there any way to issue more than one certificate for the server? as the web hosting is done on one box, and the rest of the services are on another. I also want multiple addresses resolving to the same ip address and some services require a certificate. but since i can only match one certificate in the Connect to the internet wizard, i'd like to know if i can create multiple certificates for example https://remote.domain.com, https://remote.192.168.2.2, https://mail.domain.com and https://mail.192.168.2.2 (these are only examples, but i think they get what i'm trying to do across. Thanks
.
