Hi,

Thanks for posting here.

From your post, my understanding on the issue is: Suddenly your users cannot
access OWA on your SBS 2003 Server and would see the list of folders, but
then a "Loading." message in the message pane. If I am off base, please feel
free to let me know.

Based on my experience, the OWA loading issue can be caused by various
factors. So before we go any further, please help me to collect the
following info to further narrow down this issue:

1. Please let me know whether you can access OWA successfully from the
internal workstation by using https://<the internal server name of your
Exchange server>/exchange. Especially you may test on the Exchange server
itself by using https://localhost/exchange to see if OWA works. This step
can help us to identify whether this issue caused by Exchange server or
firewall.

2. Please let me know whether you can access OWA by using
http://<servername>/exchange after you disable the SSL in IIS Web site. It
can help us to determine whether this issue caused by the certificate.

3. Please confirm when the issue first started on your side? Have you made
any changes on your Exchange server recently that might cause this issue?

4. I suggest you don't create a new virtual directory on Exchange server.
Usually we don't recommend create new virtual directory in IIS Web site as
it may damage existing virtual directories, and may cause some other
problem. If you already create it, please delete it now, and you can still
use the default virtual directory to do the above test steps.

5. I know you already refer the Knowledge base article 280823, but you only
done the resolution #6 step. So I suggest you try all of check steps in this
knowledge base to solve this issue.

Please let me know the result above so that I can provide the further
assistance on this issue. I am looking forward to your reply.

Have a nice day.

Best Regards,

Steven Zhu
