Getting old sent faxes, changing retention

I have a client that needs to prove she sent a fax out to someone about 6
months ago. Well, we ran into a limit that neither of us knew existed.
Aparently the fax program only stores the last 2 months of outgoing faxes.
We save all incoming faxes to a special folder so that is no big deal. This
is just dealing with outgoing faxes.

1) Is there a way to find one of these older faxes?
2) How can I set the fax retention policy / auto save outgoing faxes like I
do incoming faxes?
