two _physical_ processors (two sockets), which theoretically means a pair of
dual core HT's (8 logical CPUs) is fine.
I posted some links a few days ago to some conflicting info, indicating 4
logical CPU's max but it was published before dual core. I gave up. I'm not
sure anybody really knows.

I have searched on google and microsoft's site about how many cpus are
allowed for SBS2K3 Prem. edition. I have read one, two, and some that
mention that they believe it could be more, but were not 100% sure.
Does anyone have a definitive answer on how many processors are allowed?
I know that since dual cores have become more common, there has been more
confusion on this. Is it determined by the number of sockets on the
motherboard? If it's two sockets, then two dual cores would actually be
four processors.
Thanks in advance for any clarification on this.
