Logically extending partitions onto anothe drive

Hi
I have a Windows 2003 SBS Server, with 2 (Boot and Data) partitions on 1
disk. I am almost out of disk space on both.
I have now installed a 2nd hard disk. Is it possible to logically extend the
partition 1 and partition 2 on disk 1 to tell it to use the disk space onto
drive 2.
To make myself clearer - Say on disk A, partition A1 is 20GB, and partition
A2 is 60GB. Say my new disk B also has 2 partitions. Partition B1 is 100GB
and partition B2 is 200GB. Can I configure the server so that Disk A,
partition A1 spills over to Disk B, partition B1. And Disk A, partition A2
spills over to disk B partition B2.
Thus logically Disk A, partition A1 is 120GB (20+100), and Disk A, partition
2 is 260GB (60+200).
Thanks for any help.
Regards
Gitendra
