Re: .NET Runtime Error

Hello Mike,

Thank you for posting back and keeping us updated!

From your reply, I understand that the issue persists.

In your 9th Mar replied, you mentioned "It appears that changing the
permissions in the registry has fixed the
problem", so I thought the issue was solved after you changed permissions.

From some cutomers' feedback, some third party application will change the
permissions automatically, so I suggest that you double check the
permissions for the registry keys.

If you have any updates, please feel free to let me know. I am looking
forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,

Brandy Nee

Well, none of the first few ideas resolved the problem. I'm down to trying
the hotfix. I will get the hotfix later in the week and try it this
weekend.

Thanks, Mike

It appears that changing the permissions in the registry has fixed the
problem. I will advise you in more detail after a day or two. I want to
monitor the event log to make sure the problem has been fixed.
