Thank you for posting.
According to my experience, the issue may be caused by the OM itself. I
suggest you contact the manufacturer and confirm the following things:
1. Does the software use compatible RPC and DCOM with Windows?
2. Does the software use other protocols or some specific ports?
Now, I am providing you the steps to disable Windows Firewall via GPO:
1. Open or create a GPO.
2. Extend Computer configuration>Administrative templates>Network>Network
connections, then disable "Windows Firewall: Protect all network
connections" in both "domain profile" and "standard profile" containers.
Note: The policy is a computer-based policy. So please make sure the
machine account(s) is in the OU which you configure on.
