Hi Sally,
Just use the diagram to physically set up your network (don't worry about
the text, that was written for SBS 2000 and while it still applies to SBS
2003, it's not really needed for you to get your SBS 2003 network up and
running).
I assume you're getting a dynamic IP address from your ISP (not a static IP
address). If so, you can set up a free Dynamic DNS (DDNS) account with a
service like dyndns.or (www.dnydns.org). This will give you a domain name
something like: yourcompany.dnydns.org. You then install a small piece of
software (a "client updater") on your server that will periodically read
your public IP address (that you get from your ISP) and sync it with the
nameservers at dyndns.org so that "yourcompany.dnydns.org" will always be
synced with your public IP address. Then, for the Web Certificate in CEICW,
you would enter: yourcompany.dnydns.org
Once you have it all set up, to use Remote Web Workplace, in Internet
Explorer, you would type: https://yourcompany.dnydns.org/remote
You don't have to get your ISP involved or email hoster involved for the
DDNS account.
Here's a link to this procedure:
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs/browse_thread/thread/26cfa4842c034fd3/be1d68ee2e0ba0d4?lnk=st&q=ddns+setup+dyndns+merv&rnum=1&hl=en#be1d68ee2e0ba0d4
Just take it one step at a time and post back if you have problems. As with
all things, it's generally more difficult the first time. :-)

Seems complicated but I hope to handle it. I will try it tomorrow and let
you know.
What do I put in for the web certificate? At this time I am using POP3
connector and not directing traffice to my server from the outside. I
would
like to do this but haven't before. We currently have a domain and web
site
hosted through a third party. We can use email from that site and direct
our
server to pick it up, but the ISP won't help me with that. Do you any
other
good links that could advise me on this?
I appreciate your help,
Sally

Hi Sally,
Your (internal and external) NICs are both in the same subnet
(192.168.1.x).
They need to be in different subnets.
You appear to have a 2 NIC + Router network configuration. Refer to the
following diagram to set up your network:
http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=266&articleType=ArticleView&articleId=76
Once you have the physical network configured, use:
Server Management | Internet and E-mail | Change Server IP address
to change the IP address of your internal NIC from 192.168.1.201 to
something like 192.168.16.2. Then re-run CEICW (Connect to the Internet
from the To DO list in Server Management). Enter your ISP's DNS servers
as
"forwarders" when prompted, enable the firewall (don't allow it to use
UPNP
to set up the router) and select the services you want to let through the
firewall, complete the Web Certificate and then complete CEICW. This
should
set up the SBS server to handle DHCP for your internal network.
Then go to the router and manual forward the required ports (per your
selections in the firewall setup of CEICW) to the IP addess of your
external
NIC. These ports _may_ include:
1723 & GRE Protocol 47 (sometimes called VPN Passthrough)... for VPN
443... for SSL (needed for RWW)
4125... for RWW
25... for Exchange (if you are hosting your own Exchange mail server)

Please help, I have been fighting this problem and tried some advice
already
and am close.
I can access http:\\companyweb from my server. I can also put my
server's
IP address in the client's address line and come up to the remote

menu, but when I click on the internal web site link
(http:\\companyweb) I
get the "page cannot be displayed" error.
I have two NICs one for the LAN and one for the outside. I have tried

use both both anonymous access and integrated windows authentication.
I am close but just not quite there. Below is my IP setup:
