Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

In news:OeI%23lJ6QGHA.3916@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
MDBJ <me@xxxxxx> stated, which I commented on below:

My connection is cable, and commercial, and my ip is static
comcast sez they can change it, but have not yet, and I also do have
a ptr record.

I wouldn't be so "out of hand" in dismissing the possibility for
cable.

I guess if it's commercial cable, they would do it. Having a PTR internally
(is that what you mean?) is helpful with certain errors that my come up in
regards to 2003 AD and respective SPNs, but that doesn't help on the
internet. Hope the cable company takes care of that for you soon.
